Wikipedia: "In 1965, Ryan Aeronautical Company took over as a majority shareholder of Continental Motors and its subsidiary aircraft engine company. Later in 1969, Teledyne bought out Ryan Aeronautical as majority shareholder to merge. This merger became Teledyne Continental Motors (TCM)"
