Biographical Note

Mr. Leslie (Les) Waters was involved in diesel and gasoline engine design and development for 50 years, including 5 years of fuels and lubricants research at Shell Oil. He worked for Ricardo Group, and from 1975 to 1982 was Vice President for Engineering at Teledyne Continental Motors.
