Mathematical Tables from Handbook of Chemistry & Physics (Fifth Edition), 1936
Scope and Contents
Document Type: Book (Technical Reference)
Purpose: Authoritative reference
Authority: Author Expertise.
Scope (from Preface):
"Originally intended to provide adequate means for the ordinary computations of chemistry and physics the collection has been gradually enlarged and has for several years been published as a separate book. In response to the increasing demand for this volume the size and form is being changed to one better suited to constant use. Modified type and spacing made possible by the larger page, will very greatly increase legibility, and assist in avoiding fatigue.
Explanations of the nature and uses of the various tables have been considerably extended and collected at the front of the volume."
