The Power House of Aviation: A Trip Through the Wright Aeronautical Corporation [Promotional brochure], 1943
Scope and Contents
Document Type: Sales and marketing (Promotional).
Purpose: Sales and marketing.
Authority: Company (Manufacturer).
Scope: Manufacturer's marketing brochure with numerous photographs. Inclusion of the company's Export Sales Division address and "Cable" address indicate it was likely to have been targeted at both U.S. and export customers.
Contents: From Inside cover: "The methods employed by the Wright Aeronautical Corporation in the manufacture of its engines are intensely interesting to the countless thousands of people who recognize the importance of aircraft in these modern times. Circumstances, however, make it impossible for most visitors to undertake a tour of the great Wright plants. We are therefore presenting in photographic form the points of interest to be encountered on such a tour."
