This collection consists of two large parts, one half being Dr. Reisig's personal papers and notes, and the second half being a collection of books kept by Dr. Reisig. Alongside this there are also a handful of artifacts and maps.

The Robert L. Forward Collection (8 linear ft.) includes approximately 300 documents, books, personal memorabilia, and artwork. Subjects covered within this collection include a wide range of aerospace technology, such as antigravity, lasers, interstellar travel propulsion systems, light levitation of orbital satellites, antimatter, and tether transport systems.
